ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION IN B.Sc.(Honours)

It shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate at the intermediate / +2 examination or an equivalent examination in science and also not less than 45% marks in the subject offered for Honours study.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION IN B.A.(Honours)

1. It shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate at the intermediate/ +2examination or an equivalent examination in arts and also not less than 45% marks in the subject offered for Honours study.

2. A student shall be eligible for admission to the B.A. Honours Course in any subject except Geography and Economics even though he/she has not studied in subject concerned at the intermediate stage if hef she has obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate at the intermediate / +2 examination or an equivalent examination in science or commerce.

3. If a candidate wants to opt Geography or Economics as Honours paper then he/she must passed intermediate / +2 Examination in Mathematics.

1. May be online/offline-As per the direction of University Grants Commission, New Delhi/ Magadh University, Bodh Gaya /Bihar Government.

2. Selection process shall be announced before admission at official website of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

3. After declaration of Merit list by the University/ College, the selected candidate has to appear for personal interview before the college committee in the college premises.

The candidates required to submit self attested photocopies(2 sets) of the following documents and also keep original of all the documents for verification.

1. Proof of apply for online/offline admission.

2. Marksheet-Xth /matriculation.

3. Marksheet-XIIth / +2/I.Sc./I.A.

4. Passing Certificate-Xth/Matriculation.

5. C.L.C./S.L.C./T.C.-XIIth/+2/I/Sc./I.A.

6. Character Certificate (from school/college/institution last attended).

7. Migration Certificate.

8. Aadhar Card.

9. Category Certificate/Caste Certificate(For SC/ST/EBC/BC/EWS Candidates only).

Note:- 1.All candidates desirous of getting admission shall intake to abide by the rules and regulations pertaining to attendance as prescribed by MAHILA College Warisaliganj; Magadh University,Bodh Gaya and University Grants commission, New Delhi.

Note:-2. No student shall be allowed to appear in university examination if he/she has not attended a minimum of 75%of the classes tutotials and practical labsconducted in the subject taken together.

1. Parents/Guardian : Father/Mother/Guardian (if parents are not alive)shall furnish their mobile numbers to the college at the time of admission of their ward. These contact numbers must be in working condition and parents are *** requested to check regularly the same as the important informations from the College/University pertaining to their ward may be sent on it.

2. Candidate : Candidate shall furnish their mobile numbers, whatsapp number and e-mail id to the college at the time of admission. It is mandatory and these contact details must be in working condition and candidate is advised to check regularly the same since the important information from the college/university may be sent to the mobile number, WhatsApp and for E- mail Id furnished by them.

3. Change of registered contact details of parents / Guardian and Student: Request for alternation of contact details such as mobile numbers, WhatsApp number and e-mail Id or parents/Guardianor candidate shall be entertained only by a written request to the principal of the college alongwith the reasons for the same with documentary proof.

SIGNATURE OF PARENTS/GUARDIAN ON ADMISSION FORM.

Signature of Parents /Guardian (if Parents not alive) on admission form ismandatory. All Parents/Guardian are requested to carefully verify the informationsfilled in by their ward in tile admission form and only then sign the admission form.

FEE STRUCTURE

Total fee structure (category wise)and Particulars of fee structure shall be displayed on notice board of the college before the start of admission process according to university guidelines, Government guidelines and decided by the concerned committee of the college.

VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS.

1. All documents furnished by the candidate for taking admission shall be verified by the college for their genuineness and authenticity as to the qualifying merit of the candidate for taking admission.

2. The Candidate shall self attest the photocopies of all his/her documents to declare that all the documents submitted by him/her for taking admission are genuine and also be she has fulfilled all the criteria for taking admission to the course as to the best of his/her knowledge.

3. In case, the documents submitted by the candidate are found to be forged/fake or the candidate is discovered to be unqualified/disqualified by any law or the competent authority for taking admission and has thus knowingly cheated or deceived MAHILA College Warisaliganj,such candidate shall be accordingly prosecuted by the college and his or her name shall be struck off the rolls at any time and at any stage on the above condition. A separate legal action shall also be instituted against the said offender.
